Paimpont, in the heart of Brocéliande

Abbaye de Paimpont et son étang

Brocéliande Forest is Paimpont’s forest, with 7,500 hectares of woods and moorland. Paimpont is a peaceful village on the borders of Upper Brittany (Ille-et-Vilaine) and the department of Morbihan, and was originally established at the foot of a 13th century abbey on the banks of an immense lake, an exceptional nature reserve in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine.

Le Relais de Brocéliande hotel, on the outskirts of the historic centre, offers private parking, free Wi-Fi, TV in several languages and high quality cuisine. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the tranquillity of this little Breton town.
